OX Living Develop was launched in 2016, having already delivered over 350 luxury co-living spaces in Oxfordshire. We cover all aspects of co-living property development, from the refurbishment and conversion of small residential accommodation to the acquisition and development of larger commercial buildings, including former guesthouses.

BACKGROUND

OX Living was founded by David Granat in 2016. From small beginnings and careful growth over many previous years, David has acquired a wealth of experience in the property market and is raising the bar by re-defining the traditional house-share model for today’s discerning and aspiring young professionals. He’s now making this vision a reality by investing significant capital into building an expanding luxury co-living house share portfolio in Oxfordshire.
